Don't know if people who still own the CD version can implement it on to their account, like the dawn of war games, but still for £5.99 it's a steal!

Have fun guys!

Damn, I had totally forgotten about this game. I played it once at a friend's house while I was younger and had a blast. Might need to check it out...

I had a post all typed out, but then I realized the game I was thinking of was Deadly Creatures for the Wii. Dang.

This game looks cool too, though. Been wanting to try it since SpaceHampster covered it. Prolly pick it up next sale

Hmm, wonder if they actually optimized it so it doesn't run like crap on systems that easily outmatch the requirements.

No, I'm not bitter. Why do you ask? :p

Now there's a game I haven't thought about in a very long time. Pretty nifty rts as I recall, if it pops onto GOG sometime at a decent price I might have to consider picking it up again, if only out of curiosity to see how it holds up.

I remember playing the game. And not finishing it, as well. I can't remember the exact reason though - there was a level where I was being demolished and I had to experiment with new creature designs (my current flying owl-crabs didn't cut it) and I couldn't be bothered or something.

Meh, I might give it a go at some point, if I feel like it. It wasn't so bad, from what I remember, and some of the combinations were rather funny.

I played this one long ago. At one point my mind just snapped, I was disgusted withe the main mechanic being a crime against nature, so I quit and vowed never to think of it again

also it was fucking hard

I remember being a lil kid and wanting to play it SOOO badly but knew that our computer was WAY too awful to play it, the only thing you could do on our first computer was type in MSdos style ... we had a printer that was from the same era, had to get paper with tear away holes down either side, like we robbed a doctors office in the late 80's, early 90's.

I have added it to my wish list and if a sale drops it's price I will buy it.

Great RTS for it's time. I also loved the whole sort-of steampunk atmosphere it had.
One can always hope that digging it up gives some new ideas to indie developers.

I don't know why I'd want to buy it though, when I've got a perfectly good CD version in my bookcase (and without the steam DRM as well).
I wouldn't say no to a GoG version so quickly though.

Still got my version here so no need to buy a new one...

But hopefully more people will discover this one and have fun making terrifying abominations of nature and science. Game is far from perfect and full of flaws, but has mechanics that is still unique to it as far as I know.
