Strangely I just bought this as an impulse buy a couple of hours ago for £2:99, due to having been watching the matrix films again, its pretty fun so far.

Haha. In my opinion, you should check out the game "The Path of Neo". It's tons of fun. The first one, however, ("Enter the Matrix"). That one's -much- worse. If you're a fan of the movies, you owe it to yourself to check out "Path of Neo" =P

Final Fantasy Tactics and Valkyrie Profile were impulse buys and I still consider them among my favorite games of all time.

Romancing SaGa (PS2) and Shadow Hearts Covenant were random purchases, both purchased with gift certificates at the time so I didn't really care if they were good or not (but I did enjoy both very much).

I went in to Target to buy some condoms and took a quick browse through the electronics section where I noticed the special edition of Devil May Cry 3 and decided to buy it, and I ended up getting a date out of it too.

Last impulse buy for me was a gadget hearing aid thingamadoo, here i was, walking through Leiden happily listening to every word of peoples conversations 20 feet away when apparently i was standing in the middle of the street and a bus honked RIGHT next to me. Couldn't hear a thing on the train back..

Red Faction Guerrilla was my last "impulse buy" though I knew I would love it (since I loved 1 and 2. Could I afford it? Well it was on sale so yes.

Right now I'm eying Republic Commando on Steam for 10 bucks, I'm not a big starwars fan (as in the newer episodes) but the game DOES look fun.
