X-Men Origins: Wolverine - Plain bone claws are apparently as powerful as Adamantium, sometimes even more so depending on what stage of the game you're in.
MGO too. A stab to the leg with a knife is instantly fatal, but pumping someone with 30 rounds from a P90 can leave them with a sliver of health leftRadeonx said:Call of Duty: Knifes instantly kill you, but multiple bullet wounds don't.
That's more an inaccuracy than an inconsistency..Glefistus said:Any game where you can take successive hits form a sharp weapon or a projectile without dying.
The way I see it, on single player at least, when you use your knife your either stabbing them in the heart or slashing their throat open- two injuries that are almost immediately fatal. While with the guns, it all depends on accuracy. I've repeatedly dropped enemies with single shots to the head or center chest, on recruit with a powerful rifle(the M-40 sniper)Radeonx said:Call of Duty: Knifes instantly kill you, but multiple bullet wounds don't.
So...stabbing someone in the back with a knife, and shooting them in the chest multiple times with a machine gun should be the same? While getting stabbed in the back does hurt, it just seems that getting multiple shots into a chest will kill something faster.twistedmic said:The way I see it, on single player at least, when you use your knife your either stabbing them in the heart or slashing their throat open- two injuries that are almost immediately fatal. I get what you're saying about being stabbed in the back, but keep in mind that even a four inch blade put through someone's back can reach the heart insuring a quick kill. And I do agree that unloading a half dozen or so rounds into somebodies chest will kill them, probably just as quickly as a knife through the heart or across the jugular.Radeonx said:So...stabbing someone in the back with a knife, and shooting them in the chest multiple times with a machine gun should be the same? i think nuke that hit white house was a much smaller "tactical nuke"...or something like thattopsyturvy said:In Fallout 3, a guy with power armor and flashy weapons can still get jumped by Raiders that don't bother running. Also if you hit the White House with a nuke, there really shouldn't be any fences and buildings with low structural integrity.
