If the events of this comic actually occurred in the UK, despite the older guy being labelled a "sick fuck" (esp. given his comment), no illegal action would have taken place. Age of consent is a funny thing, but not so funny to the various people involved in it.

Anywho, I've seen some rather neat casings for computers ranging from antique TVs to fish aquariums.

To be honest, I'm surprised that I'm even trying to think of a way out for paedophiles. I cannot see any justification for doing any such act. Also it's one of the few crimes in which you will be eaten alive in prison for.

I don't know if that's such a good thing anymore. Partially because I recognize the difference between a pedophile (someone who is attracted to children) and a child molester (a pedophile who actually seeks sexual contact with a kid). They aren't the same thing, and treating them as such is unjust. It's like persecuting all straight men for the actions of rapists. The difference between someone who has urges, and someone who acts on urges, means everything when it comes to punishment. So to say a pedophile deserves to be torn apart in prison is wrong in my eyes. Child molesters sure. But considering someone can now be branded a pedophile and sentenced to serve time for possessing cartoon pornography (as with the Simpsons porn case), something where there is no victim or threat, I just can't find myself condemning pedos with the same wrath as molesters.

But back to the OP... I'm a dated old dinosaur. I never even thought the XBox HDD would be any different. If I ever wanted to hide files, it would pan out like what they did in "Hackers"; a shoebox with the stash, hidden in the air vent in the ceiling. Or if I was really thinking, I might stash files on a USB drive, and tape the thing to the underside of the keyboard tray.

Yeah, I'm destined to be busted.

Thanks for posting that distinction, it always bugs me when people forget the difference.
