Infamous 2 Lighting Up Consoles In June

I am in two sides here.

On one hand, YAY, it's not going to clutter up the already cluttered up Holiday release schedule!

On another hand, FUCK, I'm going to be gone for vacation by the time the game is out (end of the school year in June).

Friggin' hell, that's annoying. Oh well, guess I'll have to light up baddies later.

And yes, that box art is terrible.

Wow, compared to the first game's art this is crap. That Hero Edition sounds pretty awesome... hopefully it comes with better art. Honestly, I'm pretty pumped for this regardless. Games keep coming out and I don't have all this money... but dang, this looks so sexy... nice to hear it's coming out soon, but I doubt it will stay at this release date.

I enjoyed the first one quite a bit, beat it twice in fact. Not sure about the story though... from what I heard apparently there are monsters and other crap about now(seen some screen shots of them too), don't know how they'll fit that into the story without killing it. That's whats throwing me off on the new red faction game.

I love it how the US pricing for the Collector's edition is less than the price of a standard game in Australia. :/

Come 2012, Microsoft will bring about the apocalypse when they realize that The Last Guardian and inFamous 2 have eliminated the need to ever buy a 360 because of such a massive gap between exclusive titles.

The awful thing about this box art for me is that I live in the UK so would get the awesome European art, however our special edition covers are nearly always the standard American covers. Especially when I don't like it. Ratchet & Clank Crack in Time had the same thing. In a choice between good art and more content though, more content wins. 2 new powers, Cole's original jacket and a Kessler skin? I can't turn that down.
Also, my understanding of the special edition "good" and "evil" sleeves were that they were the same, but lenticular.

I'm totally getting the collectors edition, but that cover is just...terrible, i hope that the PAL box art is better. but it doesn't matter because I'll have a statue of Cole McGrath and sling pack (which is apparently 'sportable')
