One of the major complaints in the first game was his voice. it's also been some time since inFAMOUS and guess what? people change over time.

Granted, however if kesler was him and he was bald, your saying he went from being bald in his 30's grew a full head of hair and lost it all.

Uh yeah, that's how the aging process works. some bald people believe it or not are bald because they shave there head. he simply- ya know- stopped shaving his hair.
