infamous vs prototype

depends on your preferences,
would you rather have a game with sharper graphics, but less of a range of powers and enemies, and of course a fun karma balance.
or a game with sub-par graphics, but the ability to fly, and create weapons out of your arms, instead of electricity, no karma of any sort.
i personally enjoyed Prototype more, because flying around nyc is too fun. but they're both great games.

I got Both InFAMOUS on PS3 (duh.. what else) and Prototype for PC they are very different ... but both are still awesome

Prototype kicks ass. Lots and lots of ass. And I haven't played inFamous soo I'll choose Prototype.

I was all hanging out for Prototype and not particularly interested in Infamous, but now they're both out, I found I've switched right around. Infamous looks like a more serious and finely-crafted game, whereas Prototype is messier, uglier and more riotously chaotic. For me, right now, I'm more interested in games that show great craftsmanship, although I'm sure Prototype is a better match for some people (maybe even me, some of the time). The irony is I don't own a PS3, so I suppose I will be getting neither of them.

Another way to put it would be that inFamous is greater than the sum of it's parts. Prototype is exactly the sum of it's parts, but it has far more parts.

Prototype has more raw "fun factor"

I picked up InFamous myself and found it to be an excellent "Super Hero" game, I get the feeling that Prototype will be a very different beast.

That aside, I'd say inFAMOUS, because I'm really not into mindless destruction/killing.

Well considering that inFamous is on a console I don't own. (Though my buddy owns one.. hmm)

I'd prefer Prototype merely for the fact that there's no "moral choice" shit in the game.

They're both superhero games coming out in a relatively same time frame.

I loved and beat infamous. I plan on getting prototype next week. They both look good. In famous is a great game.Infamous needs a patch or 2 for bugs tho
