Infomercials, why??

I just wanted to ask whether anyone else has noticed how dumb people in infomercials are, having been inspired by the ad for a 'Snuggie' - Why??

'Normal Blankets 'slip and slide'' - GET A BIGGER BLANKET, MORON!

I also love the idiocy of the 'Test Subjects', anyway, thoughts?

I love occasionally sitting through ridiculous infomercials if I am awake at 4 in the morning and alone in my apartment. Something about watching people rave over how sharp a knife is, or how wonderful a food processor can be is silly.

At the end of every plan Good or Bad, Money is the main Goal.

Normal toilet paper is uncomfortable and damaging to your forearms!

Infomercials aren't for me, I don't buy things on impulse, I'm always too worried a product isn't right for me so I always do large amounts of research before buying.
