So I'm in a writing mood but I'd like some input on this villian I've been workin on, trying to make it so that most of the characters have something you dont see nowadays, complexity.
Alias: Warlock
Real Name: Darion Kralle
Powers: A book/tome that contains every book every written when called out. Example: If he is holding the book and calls out "Show me the book, Physics for Dummies!", the book will show him the pages of said book.
Story: After receiving a letter in the mail about the foreclosure of his antique store if he doesn't pay his bill to the bank, Darion begins to start packing his items into boxes when he comes across a book he's never seen before but thinks he's seen before. He opens the book but is confused to see that there are no words on the pages, considering its a very large tome. He then says to himself "I thought this was (insert name of book here)" and the pages begin to flip, words appearing in the pages from the book he called out. He then begins to experiment, figuring out that he can make use magic using the books he calls out (the usual stuff, fire, ice, portals, flotation) and thinks that he can make a lot of money selling the book but then realizes that it would only postpone the doom of foreclosure on his store and decides that the only way to keep his store open, is to (you guessed it) steal lots and lots of cash so he'll never have to worry about losing his store, however, hates the fact he has to do it, even though he does it (sucessfully i might add) a lot. This happens to be one of those super-hard villians that is almost never caught because of his vast knowledge in magic from being able to read what is practically an unlimited source of information. However when he is caught, his identity is never found out by the heroes because of a cloaking spell he put on himself to make himself look like (i dont know why) Neil Patrick Harris. I think that's about it for right now.
