inquiry about psn plus

hey guys,
as we will all soon be getting some free psn plus time as a result of the psn getting hacked. I was wondering, if i buy something that is on a psn plus discount, will i still be able to play it after the psn plus subscription has run out? thanks a lot :O

If you buy it, yeah.

But if it's one of the free PS Plus things, no.

That's my understanding, at least.

As far as I can tell, no, which has resulted in the big stink about it. It's essentially a trial.

The only thing you don't get to keep is the free games downloaded from PS+(Note - the games you get free from the downtime you do get to keep). Everything else, themes, dlc, games you've bought with a discount etc, you get to keep.
