Ok so after reading and watching all the stuff on this site about the Mass Effect ending I have a somewhat crazy idea about what happened.
They ran out of disk space.
From what I understand the game already tracked many variables from the other two games and since Bioware had to code for the outcomes of those choices they ran out of room for an larger ending. So what this really is is a massive PR fuck-up by Bioware by just not coming out and stating "We ran out of room on the disk and we think this DLC option is the best solution for an on time launch and keeping the prices down for everyone."
So is anyone know how much data is actually on the Game disk? If so what is the percentage used?
