OK so earlier tonight, I was petting my cat, Tassadar, and while he is purring, he suddenly stops and bites my hand. I didn't poke him or anything, he just bit me. So he goes back to purring, and I go back to petting him, but he does this twice more, at which point I stop petting him.

I'm wondering if any of you have had insane pets?

My dog, Madison, is an attention whore. She can't stand it when no one pays attention to her or pays attention to other dogs, she will insert herself between me and my other dog (Samson) just to get attention. Even when I'm not doing anything she dash into my room and run around like a manianc just so I'll pay attention to her.

My dog likes to like my father's head. My father is bald on top, and quite funny when you see it in person

My cat Tess is a very strange cat.In the morning she runs around the house and you can hear her nails while she is sliding. Also when your not giving her attention she will go right in front of you so you can't see.

I hate my dog, because he's an idiot. Also, my friend has the most adorable kitten on the planet, but I'm terrified of her. She has these needle sharp claws and generally keeps them retracted, but seems to enjoy jumping into my lap as she's bringing out her talons of death. It hurts a lot, even through my jeans.

My duck is awfully indifferent about what she eats, though she prefers to sneak off and risk a fight with my old terrier just to eat his dog food instead of her own stuff.

Once I was feeding my dog bones when all of a sudden my other dog, who is the son of the first dog but is about twice his size, runs up to him and almost rips his neck out. So then 1 dog blood drenched shirt later I seperate them and wrap the wounds of the bloody dog and all of a sudden both dogs start cuddling up like nothing ever happened...I eventually got a muzzle for them.

My late cat was more devious than insane. For example, if I was asleep and he came on bed, he would then attack my feet! As soon as I would wake up, he would give me a look of immense satisfaction and lie down against me, purring.

Heh, that's funny. Painful, but funny. xD

I've never had a cat, but my aunt has a cat I would describe as a 'devious attention whore'. The cat will wait at the end of my aunt's bed until it is exactly 05:45 (don't know how the cat manages it but it's always 05:45 to the minute) and then jumps with all its might onto my aunt's belly. Then it flees, expertly dodging a flying slipper of doom and waiting at the door going, "MrrrrrECK!" (translation: "It's morning. Where the hell is my breakfast?!").

Mind you, even how my aunt got that cat is a laugh in itself. She was standing in the kitchen, making lunch when she heard a persistent scratching from the front door. When she opened the door, the cat strode past her into the apartment, tail and nose held high, as if to say, "I live here now. Any questions?". My aunt named the cat Frau Kratze (roughly translates to 'Madam Scratch').

My cat somehow had the power to defy all known laws of physics and sit on top of a 12 foot tall cupboard with no way up and no claw marks on the cupboard itself. That, and my pet hedgehog runs around the tree in my garden all night, every night.

I have a psycho cat, Julia. She'll growl at anything regardless of if it's in the same room as her. (She'll growl at the other cats when they're on the other side of the apartment.) Also, she spends long periods of time just sitting there and glaring at a wall.

She's also a bit stupid, seeing as she's ran into walls several times and keeps eating the moist cat food which causes her to throw up every single time she eats it.

Cats bite as a sign of affection, mine does it all the time and it never fails to freak out visitors when she tries to chew on their nose...

Speaking of which, my cat uses first floor windows to launch ambush attacks on birds in the garden. Her thinking must be they'd never expect an attack from above.

I also used to have two Guinea Pigs, that chased and attcked cats. Nothing will ever be as hilarious as next doors black tomcat charging down the garden in absolute terror, closely followed by two bouncing ginger sausages.

My cat and my dog are crazy when playing with each other, my cat would run up and down the living room until my dog stops then she jumps on the dog and then they proceed wrestling each other on the floor.

Also in my front garden there is a few big holes, at night my cat jump from hole to hole , I could imagine her with a WW2 helmet on:p

When your rubbing my dogs belly and she trys to chew your hand you can see the white bit of her eyes( you can't usually) and it makes her look insane.

My cat and dog are also a team in some sort of way, my cat tortures and kills the rodents then my dog brings it into the house:)

My cat Terror is the most hyperactive kitty in the world. She attacks everything, all the time. She likes to charge into a room as fast as she can and fasten herself around my dads feet whilst he's watching TV. Also, she likes to pounce on the faces of our other cats, wrapping her paws around the back of their ears and then biting them.

My dog's is universally hated by the other dogs in my arse-end of the middle of nowhere village, so there must be something wrong with her. That and the other day it took me two hours to catch her when I was out walking her and let her off the leash. So...annoying more than insane.
