Ok, so me and my friend Goldeneye103X2 were thinking of an RP. Inspired by the films RocknRolla, Snatch, and Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, and also the Kane and Lynch series, the RP would basically involve two groups of players. Four permanent, including myself, and three others, and, four temporary players. Now, onto describing the Temporary' bit.
Basically, if this generates enough interest, I thought it'd be fun to have half the group, er, "disposable", as it were. In that, after each job (Bank robbery, Assassination, stealing something, whatever.), the four temporaries will no longer be RPing. They will either die during the job, take their share and quit after the job, or get caught by cops. Whatever happens, they will no longer be RPing, making way for four new players to submit minor character sheets and join for the next job.
The other three characters, however, we will need to be much more detailed characters. Let me make a quick example sheet to compare (Disclaimer: These are not the final sheets, and may change drastically or not at all.).

Name: We'll be using codes, so pick up to two numbers or letters, or one word.
Age: Between 16-50
Small Appearance Description: (Hair colour, clothes.)
Weapons: One Primary weapon (Shotgun, Rifle, SMG, Assault Rifle.), one Secondary (Pistol, Machine Pistol). Choose whatever weapons you want. I'll say if it's a no-no, but that'll be unlikely.
Background: Nationality, tiny descriptionwhy he wants to do the job.
And I'll be asking via personal message whether how you'd like to go after or during the job. Be imaginative if you like!

Personality: What it says on the tin. Again, one paragraph; imagination counts.
Strength and Weaknessess: (up to 5 of each).

Onto setting and the RP itself.Goldeneye I will be managing the game world, so I'll be deciding what hostile people lurk around each corner, whether police reinforcements are inbound, and all that. I'll also be controlling said hostiles. Don't worry, I won't be overpowered and they'll die much easier than the main players, but there'll be more of them than us.
The RP takes place in Rome, Italy, and an independant London crime lord, (myself, name undecided at present) his found his way out of prison and into his safely hidden money and arms cache, in their 'holiday home' in Rome. Due to his dissappearance from London and move of country, his need new recruits to help with jobs. You will be those new recruits. The jobs'll make money, and everyone wants money, now don't they?
All players will start off as recruits, and the three permenants will stay on from the first job and rise quickly up in the ranks.
