The restaurant i work at is having a (casual) discussion in a few days about adding some alcoholic cocktails to the drinks menu. Rather than search a library and grab a book, I was sitting at my computer and realised i had the internet at my fingertips (woohoo).
So, experienced drinkers worldwide, any good suggestions?
I know some pretty snazzy shots but cocktails are a loss on me. Even my basic Vodka based cocktail knowledge is limited to the
White Russian. If you are not already aware about this, it's a pretty simple set up.
All you need is:
2 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlua)
light/fresh cream
Ice cubes
A tumbler glass
Then, mix the vodka and kahlua together, pour over the ice in a tumbler and top up with cream. Voilà, pretty simple!.
You could alternatively use full cream milk instead of the cream if you so wished but most people tend to stay away from dairy based cocktails.
