That's probably the most head-turning tattoo idea I can think of.

Last year we convinced (got extremely drunk) a guy from my unit to get a tattoo of "motherfucking 82!" on his back and "Warrior" on his upper arm in design of a tab similar to the Sapper, Airborne, and Ranger tabs.

He forgave us a few months back.

I plan on getting two sleeves with elaborate designs, and have it arranged so that when I put my arms together the resulting image is this

Possibly not the same color scheme apart from the eyes and mouth, maybe on fire or something. I want it to blend in a fashion that if my arms aren't together you won't be able to make out the image. However before I do this I want to get my arms to the degree of muscularity I want them first, because I've heard tattoos stretch and such with that.

Remember though if you loose the muscle mass after they will sag, its more about maintaining how they are when you got that tattoo done. but it will look very cool

Actually, I almost went with something like that too. That's kinda weird, but that looks badass.

OP, I agree with everyone. that tattoo is f'in awesome.

My tattoo is 'my personal logo design' i use on my business cards and such. Vertically, it looks like the number 3 with a slash halfway thru it (3 is a lucky number for me). But when i turn my arm to the side its an 'M' and an 'A' merged together (M and A are my initial).

My next tattoo is going to be very generic. just a couple of black bars wrapped around my forearm, basically racing stripes on my arm, haha.

I'm not one for tattoos, but my mates got a sweet one, A Goanna on his right forearm, when he moves his fingers, it looks like its running.

I think my most "original" tattoo ( I have 9 in total, with 5 more planned) is my elephant band.

I know it's cliché to have a band now, but mine is 10+ years old. Anyway, it's a band of elephants on my upper arm but in the back, where I've had the tattoo "broken", I have a larger, pink elephant wearing a party hat, with spilled martini glasses on the floor, it's trunk raised and it's eyes swirling while drunk bubbles pop over it's head.

Based on the dazed-yet-gleeful expression, you can tell the elephant is having a goooood time.

I don't have any tattoos yet but I have a kick ass idea for one I'll get. It's a dragon the starts at the top of my foot with it's tail and wraps around my ankle and the head is right above my ankle.
