Alright, I know that DVD format differs at least between Europe and the US, if not between most countries, but I was wondering if the same went for Blu-Ray disks, as they use a special laser and from what I can see ought to be the same across all borders. The reason I ask is I'm looking to have a relative in Sweden send over a Blu-Ray movie to me in the States, and I want to make sure I can play it.
I'm posting this question on these forums because its an international forum of fairly tech-savvy people, and I figured someone would know.
