I use chrome, if you want change you could always use the default ps3 web browser or opera, but realistically its firefox or ie, otherwise you lose out on some support

Feature I've come to love about Chrome: being able to click and drag tabs out into their own window, and then recombine them at will. Dunno if firefox has added this yet, but it's just so intuitively flexible. Kinda like google generally is :D

I'm currently using Opera, it's awesomely fast and I like all the little things like being able to use any search engine from the address bar

Firefox is decent, but Opera is REALLY good. Trust me when I say that it's definitely worth using.
YES! I knew there had to be others here!

I don't know why almost nobody uses Opera, it's by far the fastest and most convenient. Sadly, my laptop recently decided to suck and no longer responds when I try to open Opera, so I'm forced to use Chrome instead when on that computer. I'm on Opera right now.

Opera>>>>>>>>>>>>>Chrome>Firefox>Safari>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Internet Explorer

I made a webpage with CSS and for some reason IE and Chrome has no problem with it, but FireFox and Opera are picky about how the CSS is setup. So I too will say Chrome!

Chrome is much faster than anything I've ever used. I also like the bookmarks bar at the top and how there are no toolbars that take up space and are distracting.

Safari is the king of speed, but lacks other features.
Firefox has great compatibility and the amount of plugins and customisability is huge.

IE is terrible.

i dont honestly know with firefox because I personaly think that all the apps and things can slow down your Internet. Is this true for you?
No, it doesn't really work like that. Unless you've got stuff that acesses the net, that doesn't happen. I use these addons and I have no reduced speed:
Greasemonkey
Download helper

Firefox also does great on the acid test, whereas IE does not.

Last time I checked firefox also beat chrome on the acid test.

The acid3 test is a great way to determine how good a browser is.

I used IE before, tried firefox and am with google chromie at the moment. I still use IE to open some sites with complex pop-up windows systems as I had set it properly to allow them to work, but google chrome for 99% of the uses.

I love Chrome. It's my favorite windows browser. On mac it's Safari.
I would agree Chrome is one of the best Browsers out there, but ive gotten quite quite bored with it over the past few months and would like a change.

And im using Internet Explorer 8 at the moment and I cant feel it being any slower, It just must be bad for slower computers.
If you want speed then either stick to Chrome or get Opera. They are the fastest browsers out there (I think Safari is in third but not sure....)

Google Chrome.

It's blazing fast compared to IE and FF and has a simple design with a fair amount of handy features.

I haven't used Safari for a few years, or any others at all so I can't say for them. Chrome is my preference mostly due to how damn fast it is.

I've been using Firefox for the last five years, and I'm looking to switch. Chrome looks to be my next choice, as IE8 is a bloated piece of crap, as was IE7. The problem I have with Firefox is that occasionally it decides to start hogging memory like it was going out of style. There was a time when I had one browser window open, and Firefox was taking up 1.7 GB of physical memory. I assume it took the Windows ME idea of constant memory leak and ran with it. Currently I have a computer with 6GB of RAM, a Quad core at 2.7ghz, and a 500gb hard drive, it's not the computer, it's memory leaks.

Used to use IE, then tried Firefox and I'm glad I did.
I tried Chrome, Safari and Opera and thought they were nice.

But I mainly use Firefox, as it's my favorite
