Well, considering I've only heard of one of those, I would consider them to be celebs as soon as more than a couple thousand people know who they are. I've been around the internet for about 9 years and I've never heard of them. I wouldn't even consider yahtzee to be a celeb.

Aah, Spoony. who doesn't love his review of Yor: Hunter of the Future? Only other famous internet personalities that I can think of now is Weebl (he's not that famous though) and ex-gamespot reviewer Jeff Gerstmann (who's more famous for the fallout of his leaving of the site).
