Internet Connection Help?

Hey all,

I'm looking for some advice on boosting my internet connection. Our house currently has a Virgin Superhub (we're in the UK, it's basically a router and modem in one) which put out 30Mb/second. However, our signal's not great upstairs, and are looking to boost it. We've found these...

... And was wondering if they would help by connecting the Superhub to one of them, then my brother's desktop upstairs to the other? Any advice would be great.

Hey!
According the several articles, they -do- work as intended (per description on the box) but sometimes your PC/Laptop you are extending the signal to will mistake receivers. If you can, get them for a trial, and check if it works out in your infrastructure - you can't tell otherwise.
