Encyclopedia Dramatica has about everything you could want on internet culture, with the patented attitude of internet culture, or at least 4chan, which is where most of internet culture comes from. The site itself is quite notorious.

Lurkmore wiki is probably better, though. More informative on memes and not written to piss you off (speaking generally on ED. I actually find ED rather amusing). Didn't link since it's down right now.

And as someone said above, Conservapedia. It's both funnier and more disturbing than ED (since ED is just having fun while conservapedia is serious).
