Internet problems...

So, my internet is actually working, I can browse and post in the forums, but youtube videos load a bit then completely stop, and MSN is logging me out constantly, I'm talking multiple times a minute. Is there anything I can do or am I safe to call my service provider and shout at them?

I would help but my internet is just shit all the time so...

EDIT: also do you delete your history? When I do sometimes, it logs me out of every site I'm logged into.

Well i wouldnt suggest shouting. Also a few more details would be helpful, are you using wireless?

I am using wireless now yes but I've had it the odd time when on my cabled up computer and have had Xbox Live signing me out a lot

reboot the router by unplugging it for a good 30 seconds and do the same thing with your modem

run a virus scan, try housecall by trendmicro, it's really good for an online scanner
