I just played some of the running man preview for Interstellar Marines, and it was so of the most fun I've had playing an FPS in a long time. The fact its an indie game and run entirely in browser is even more astonishing.

So, have any of my fellow escapians played this; and if so, what do you think of it?

For those of you who haven't heard of it, I'll save you the googling by providing the website: [link]http://www.interstellarmarines.com/[/link]

dude...just..wow. where do these guys get the money to make this? the freaking shooting gallery is more fun than ive hade with any modern FPS released lately. Blops and Reach have been outclassed by a browser game. and sharkdogs....freaking sharkdogs.

if theres an indie developer out there with the capability to make a game with this quality.... we need to support them, damnit. this game has the potential to be the half-life of the this generation i think...rescuing us from the pit of generic online shooters. thank you for bringing this game to my knowledge, OP.

really though, it works in a freaking browser...my PC struggles with ME2 on high settings, but this games looks better and runs better from a browser; its witchcraft is what it is. there has to be some serious tech magic to make that possible; just imagine how expansive the actual game can be on an Xbox/PS3, what with them aiming for open-world level design.

They seem to run off donations, but I'm not sure. If you liked the shooting gallery you should check out the Running Man one, which is a basic, multi-leveled, tutorial with enemy robots that attack you.
