Well you posted your OP somehow, no?

It's probably just a site error, if it's off and on like that.
but i posted this using my secondary computer, my main computer still has this issue right now
EDIT: and its not so much off and on as it is off for long period of time, and on for long period of time

I've had this before, No idea what causes it.

It lasted about 10 minutes and then it was fine again, No one else seemed to say anything about it so i amused it was on my end.

He said it's probably a SITE error. That means it's a problem at the Escapists' end, and not yours.

Is it only this website, or other ones too?

Well it says "/" is invalid. / is root meaning the main directory of something. In this case the something is probably the Escapist. Therefore it is a server-side website error, not your problem. As long as other websites work that is.

That's my guess at least.

Chance? Perhaps the server had this error because it was busy at the time you tried to access the site on the first computer but it was able to handle it on the second computer. Honestly I don't know, just using a little bit of Linux server knowledge to take a guess.

EDIT: took a look around, seems it is a local problem, not the site. It's probably something with the way your internet connection is configured because your browser is not finding the correct path to the website root. How to fix it? Restart the computer, perhaps re-install the browser.

i'm wondering if i got a virus on my computer,
my computer also randomly plays a sound for about 2 seconds sometimes(not sure what the soundclip is of,)
i have AVGfree, SUPERAntiSpyware free, Avast free, Free Dr.Web anti-virus scanner (yes, i am a cheap bastard), Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, and not 1 of those things detected anything >_<

You get the same error across all browsers and websites?

That means the problem is with your ISP.
