What is this? A game about S&M?

Seems like a fetish-y game, to be honest. Femdom is a pretty huge thing these days, so it really isn't surprising that there is at least a small market for a game like this. I don't have any issues with it though, entertainment should have no creative boundaries as far as I'm concerned.
Um, Unless fetish-y describes choking your spouse while driving, I'm going to go with no.

Obviously, you've never heard about asphyxiation.

Though I've got to say, doing it while he's driving is probably a bit dangerous.

Bracing myself for cries of why this game is misogynistic in nature. Probably starting with "Is this what men seriously think women think about doing to their boyfriend? That's so sexist" or "A woman hitting a man? This game is implying women aren't capable of domestic violence outside of a video game, this is beyond sexist".

Well, being a straight male without a girlfriend, I can't be beat up by my non-existent girlfriend now can I?

OT: Wow...just wow. This is kind of stupid and sexist.

Make no mistake, my friend. Somewhere, out there, there would be a video of some girl choking a guy while driving, and there would be quite the number of guys who would get turned the fuck on by it.

Read the link, look at the images in the article, and then come back and tell us about the fetishistic. femdom. S and M relations in there.

I'm sure someone's beating off to it, but it's not a depiction of BDSM, it's just a girl, beating her boyfriend when he screws up.

I can't deny that, but my point is, it's not erotica, it's a domestic abuse simulator.

I did read the article. And I looked at the images. Coincidentally, the first image looks like she's hitting him with a short whip. The second one looks like she's got him on a leash.

So she's beating her slave when he messed up?

Also, yes, I know it's not really about S&M. Well, probably not. Maybe it is. Imagine if they released some DLC that changes the background images and the outfits juts a little bit...

There are no words...... well maybe some

People have already said it this shit wouldn't fly if it was a woman beating simulator, so it shouldn't be allowed to if its a man beating sim.
Obviously not the way for any relationship to work. Ignoring the fact that 99 men out of 100 would leave the crazy dominatrix if this started happening, the guy would probably hit back I mean look at him that sleazy looking lad is obviously rather egotistical. He should have a final boss sequence where he comes at the player with a knife screaming "ENOUGH OF THE ABUSE" then in a fit of rage you kill him, and on later reflection of your appalling actions you drive off a cliff. Eliminating the possibility of any direct sequels.

It's tasteless, sure, but if you go to their website you'll see that all their games are tasteless (most are just cartoon softcore aimed at dudes). I'm not against censorship, and this game deserves to exist as much as the next, but if the roles were reversed and Apple pulled that product I would expect them to be consistent. That said, I don't think Apple (or any other platform, for that matter) should be censoring based on content. They should do so regarding the quality of an app/game, but not necessarily the content.

Umm, so far, the only people to suggest that has been you. The condemnation has been pretty universal from both sides of the gender fence.
Forgot to assert that it was maximum over-sarcasm. My mistake.

This is yet another case of "This game only has a negative effect if I CHOOSE to allow it to have a negative effect"

There is literally zero things wrong with this game, it has NO effect on anything or anybody unless someone CHOOSES to have it cause a problem. No one is harmed, no gender hated on. It's a random piece of digital code for random shits and giggles

This is sick. As a former victim of physically abusive women, it saddens me that this game exists and that anyone still considers this an acceptable form of humor in our society.

You know it's bad when even Jezebel, the site which polled its userbase and found that 60% of the women there were guilty of domestic abuse and then passed it off as a joke, can't stand the thing.

Considering that it ignores the three safety standards of S&M (Safe Sane and Consensual) no, it is not.
