I believe this is the first Iphone (yes, a capital I, take THAT Apple!) we have on the Escapist.
Well done.
From my experinces with the IpHONE (Ha, now every letter except the P! I'm so evil!), there certainly are amazing apps that make you think "How the hell do they do that?"
But all my friends have are freakin' platform jumping games...
It isn't the first. Trust me, I spend too much time here. >.>
Still, to name a few good games not listed here, there's NetHack on the iPhone for free!

(You must try, or the geek police will steal your gaming license)
Undercroft is
okay for a freebie dungeon crawler, just be sure to play a rogue and a Summoner; they get all the fun skills and items.
I got The War of Eustrath and Chaos Rings on sale, and they're a bit expensive otherwise. Still, they're both
great games. Eustrath is actually a remake of the Battle of Youstrass, but keeps the hilariously bad characters and adds in better mech designs.
Galaxy on Fire is a 3d pilot flying game that actually makes a good use of the accelerometer. I got it for free on a sale-type-thing.
The other day, I picked up a little game called, "Ramakian," which is based on some Thai legends. I haven't played through it yet, but it's one of those isometric tactical games, and it has some great sprite work and good ratings so far.
