I was listening to my iPod Touch after school, while it had a nearly full battery, and it suddenly turned off. When I attempted to charge it nothing happened. The screen did not light up or react in any way. I just received this iPod about a month prior during the holidays. It is not in bad condition; it has no scratches on the screen but many on the back (probably because I keep it in the same pocket as my keys). I tried researching this problem, but nothing came up the fit my dilemma. If any of you can help me, please do.

Try plugging it into a different computer with a different iTunes. What it should do is allow you to restore through that computer, and once that's done you should be able to connect to your own iTunes again and redownload everything with the Touch working as normal.

If it does or doesn't work, let me know.
I tried two different computers ( with different chargers) and none recognize that the device is plugged in.
