Ipod Touch Unlimited Wi Fi?

I would like to be able to acsess the internet on my ipod when i'm out and about instead of just when near my broadband hub. I would prefer the service 2 b free or a cheap one off payment thanks for helping

Are you expecting us to search for a service so that you can either steal net usage or buy a product that does the same? If so that is just plain funny.

No I want a service like the one O2 offer iPhone users. I think there is an apple one as when I was registering my ipod something poped up but i closed it

Maybe you should check on an Apple products forum. They will probably know more about this stuff then we do.

I don't think you're talking about wi-fi anymore. You get that with an Iphone, since it uses the telephone network. I don't know of a similar service existing for the Ipod, since I'm pretty sure it lacks that kind of hardware.

No the iTouch can acsess the internet but I think your right bout the phone network

Do you mean like a mobile broadband type thing? Where you can access the internet from anywhere?

Because if you are, at the minute only laptops are using that technology (as far as I'm aware) and it isn't cheap at all.

I got an ipod touch yesterday (yay) and the only way for you to get an internet connection is to be within range of a signal that is open or which you have the WEP key to. Luckily I have the BT home hub so I just get unlimited broadband through that. But you need an Iphone if you want to get unlimited WiFi anywhere beside your own connection
