Of course, I haven't read the description so I don't know if he definitely isn't in it or not.

Howard's been out for a while and replaced by Don Cheadle. And this was still true as of a film magazine article I read somewhere while on vacation last week.

Well yeah I agree Howard was damn good for the role which is why I got surprised that negotiations ended so badly. I could understand him wanting more money if he was going to have a bigger role in future movies, that makes sense. But apparently he was just asking too much.
