Irony about violent video games

am i the only one who has noticed that the more people debate weither(sp?) or not violence is related to video game usage many people on the escapist say violent things about people against it ie saying all the stupid people should be hunted or hewhoshouldnotbenamed in Australia can go die in a hole, whats ur position on this is it helping or hurting the view of the normal gaming public

Yes it is very ironic.

An irony that we've been pointing out for a long time.

Even one of my favorite Escapist NecroSwanson was banned for losing it an yelling at everyone about it.

But there's a difference between saying stuff and actually acting on it. Who doesn't say things they don't mean every once and a while?
