Is Alan Wake Replayable?

I have almost decided on purchasing Alan Wake...
So I would like to know if it has any replay value?

If you want the short answer, it's no. The only replay value it holds is to experience it again.

Very much so. It actually has manuscript pages only available on Nightmare difficulty after you beat the game once. I assume these are REALLY good pages, too. Plus, you'll have new insight into old scenes, to see hints and foreshadowing you didn't recognize the first time through.

And, if you have Collector's Edition, you can then playthough with the spoiler-tastic video developer's commentary. A little head of a dev will pop up in the corner and tell you about the game and scene.
