Is anyone elses Minecraft crashing??

It just started yesterday, it played fine all morning (yes I have no life) and had no problems from when I downloaded it till now, then it started crashing consistently, and anytime I play now it crashed every few minuets.
I have no idea what prompted this, did i get a update I don't know about, or am I the only one out there with this problem??

Mine's fine at the moment, but I wouldn't worry. Minecraft.net is prone to... altercations. Is the problem consistent with doing anything in particular within the game, or totally random?

It seems random to me, I start the game, it goes fine for about 2 min then the graphics start stuttering and it cashes.
