It's ok if you're stranded on a desert island, there's hardly anything to eat and your buddy dies from heat stroke.

Then that's good.

I don't think anything would be wrong with it. Not in my eyes any way. If they died naturally and nobody has any issue with you eating the body, no issue here.
Yup, I agree. Why stop having your grandparents for dinner after their dead?

i was think is cannibalism wrong im not talking about farming people or hunting them down from food but lets say some one died naturally would it be wrong then to have some of his ribs for lunch? so i want to know what you think escapist.
Do you consider it wrong? Does it feel wrong to you ? Really, rights or wrongs aren't set in stone. They depend on perception of the one making a choice. Furthermore you are not harming anyone physically, at most just acting against a 'commonly accepted rules' and 'religious beliefs', both being hardly neutral.

It's unhealthy.

Prions.

Look them up.

Also Mad Cow Disease.

See how that whole thing started.

Humans taste stringy and is one of the worse meats you could eat for health reasons. But yeah, I dont see why not if you have to do it.

Eww...cannibalism is disgusting. And I don't mean disgusting in the cool, hip way kids are saying these days. It truly is one of the worst things you could do.

Yes it is wrong! To be honest if this scenario ever occurred I personally would lose respect for all who eat other humans.

I would go more indepth but I've been ninja'd for those details.

There's nothing objectively wrong about it, but the vast health implications makes cannibalism a very bad idea.

If you absolutely had to, you were in the middle of the desert and came across a freshly dead human corpse then i don't see anything majorly wrong with it.

If you killed the person then ate them then that would be wrong... deliciously wrong.

Personally, not really - once a person's dead, they aren't no magically exempt from the natural processes of life and death. They are merely meat. To be disposed of how you want. Basically, wether by a person, or a dog, or bacteria - that corpse is going to be consumed and broken down.

However, as it is already metioned, prions - kuru auin't no fun, thouh if you belong to a certain primitive tribe, they've done it long enough to build up a resistance to the death-prions and stuff

you are advised against eating monkey due to it being so genetically similar to us thus high risk of disease. human meat would be a very risky snack

i also was think cannibalism is wrong farming people and hunting them down from food is wrong but im too asking what the fuck happened to your keyboard?

But anyways, I find it disgusting. I also think there are high risks of you dying if you eat raw, uncooked human meat.

For health reasons eating a naturally dead human would be a bad idea. Morally it'd be ok I guess, assuming you have no other food and no oppurtunity of getting some anytime soon (ie. before death by starvation/extreme weakness by starvation); perhaps if you want to try it and the recently deceased gave you permission, but I'd suggest you're a bit dodgy to want to do it.

For health reasons it'd be slightly better eating a killed human than a deceased one but still inadvisable. Morally then this is an obvious no brainer, clearly wrong; I can't imagine, even if you have no food and have to kill someone to eat them, living with myself afterwards. I think that would break me.
