Well, I wouldn't consider it wrong if it was a life or death situation...
But as a casual everyday thing... Well, I'd stay away from that person :/
Anyways, I was watching some show and if you ever do have to resort to it, eat the liver first

I don't see why it would be. If I was in a plane crash up in the mountains with no way to contact the outside world, I would eat the corpses in the plane before moving to other food. Why? Because the other food is either sealed, or in a refrigerated box, while the human corpses are just sitting there rotting. Eating them first will help you survive longer...even better if you can make a fire to cook it first.

It depends on context I guess, if you kill them and eat them its wrong but, if you're in the desert with no food and he dies from starvation right next to you it would be ok because he died naturally and you're trying to survive

In terms of taste, a cannibal tribe used to refer to human flesh as longpig, as reputably taste of pork more than anything.

It'd take a lot to make me do it, and I imagine I'd end up throwing up anything I managed to eat, I might manage arms n legs maybe tho.

Stay away from brains tho, they're (*sings* high in cholest-er-ol!* ahem) a source of problems in cannibal circles I believe, disease etc.

I don't remember the name of the tale, but Stephen King wrote a brilliant short story about a surgeon smuggling pure cocaine on a flight, which crashes, and he ends up on an island alone, with just the coke and his iinstruments of surgery, and the tale is all about how much he can cut from his own body to eat and stay both able to operate (in both ways) and stay sane.

Bit if you do choose to eat a human, take the part between the thumb and the index finger, as I've read somewhere that that location has most edible flesh-to-size value or something like that.

I'm sure it would be ok to eat another human so long as you cooked em properly.

And I don't think I'd mind someone eating me after I died (naturally). I think it's a much more natural and resourceful way to go than having my body nailed in a coffin and left to rot 6ft under.

Male rats kill baby rats, i have never been told they actually do it for the expressed purpose of eating them. The reasons to why are up to debate as well. I have heard from genetic weeding, killing the weak, or slaughtering them due to contests for food seeing as mice and rats in captivity have no naturally occurring food source. Just magical pellets raining from the sky.

In my psych classes as well my teacher told us about theory's surrounding humans eating other humans leads to our minds clicking to a more aggressive state due to the psychological message of "I am eating my own kind, food must be scarce" situation.

The problem is we have seen in animals such as pigs and cows that feeding them there own species can have a negative effect on them.

I wouldn't especially want my body to be eaten unless it was a last resort and I personally wouldn't eat a dead human in less I had to (I just find it creepy). But there's no logical reason to have a problem with it so I guess I wouldn't mind but I also wouldn't participate.

The way i see it, its wrong to do in any way apart from pure survival and even thats stretching it. For example, if you're stranded in a boat and your friends or crew have died and you have no food, you'd need to eat them to survive. But then ofcourse there is the psychologial problems and that you'll probably keep wanting more.

As has already been mentioned, its morally fine, but health wise, not such a good idea (although one isolated act of cannibalism is less of a problem). But I have to say, for a site that calls itself a the most tolerant etc. etc. place on the internet, theres an awful lot of people saying its wrong just because it is.

It causes Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease which is a brain degenerative disease. In other words, eating human flesh makes your brain rot
