Is Fallout: New Vegas fixed yet?

I was sick over the weekend and decided to pop New Vegas in and give it a shot...
To answer OPs question in short...no...my game wasn't playable. I got stuck in a rock, Ed-E split apart so that his antenna were 5 feet above and below him...then he got stuck on a rock. I somehow lost Boone in the span of 15 seconds (nothing new there). There are 3-4 quests qued up that I've already finished. There's also the engine glitch where a human got spaghetti arms and flies around at the speed of sound, killing everything in its path. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yP1KppOfY9c Kinda like that.
