So as that helpful link shows, the Extended Cut DLC will just add some cut scenes to the end of Mass Effect 3 instead of changing the actual ending. Since we'll have to wait til summer for the DLC to come out I guess that means that they did not initially plan to create this DLC and the fact that they are not changing the endings has lead me to believe that the Indoctrination theory is, unfortunately, untrue.
Personally, I'm a little upset that the Indoctrination theory is untrue because the theory was WAY cooler than the actual ending of the game and filled a lot of the plot holes in the ending. However I'm glad that we will get an ending that will provide some closure. Unfortunately, we will have to wait for summer.
