Is it just me? (Assassin's Creed 3)

I've been looking at the images for Assassin's Creed 3 and every time I do I keep thinking to myself "Did someone at Ubisoft watch like a marathon screening of the Patriot with Mel Gibson?"

I mean, from what screens I can see, it's about a dude in Native American Garb fighting British Soldiers in the wilderness with a Tomahawk. If that's not the Patriot, I don't know what is.

Maybe you should go watch The Patriot.

Then after you watch it, come back to your computer with some ice water, look at your comment while sipping at the ice water, and think about what you have said and done.

i have thought that the revolutionary war would be a great setting for the AC series since AC2. seems like a logical progression for the series. i would also like to see a feudal japan setting, but i don't think they will go backwards in time in the main series. i am just worried they will draw this storyline out for too long like they did with ezio's. they really didn't need 3 games to tell his story.
