OK so my life's been going to shit for a few weeks now and I run every night. After every run I feel light headed and great. Of course the feeling doesn't last long only an hour or so. So I ask you all when you feel down what brings you back up? (please no perverted jokes I want to keep this serious)

Get away from what Is upsetting you If you can. Running is good, immerse yourself in something as well t.v, books, video games, and try not to think about what's made your life so shitty

Friends, mostly. Not usually actually talking to them about it, but hanging out with them.

Well, the thing you're doing is getting endorphins. Basically; they make you happy after you exercise. Its also called "runner's high."

For me, not a lot of crap gets me sad or mad, yet when something does, I listen to Yngwie Malmsteen or play Rhythm Tengoku. Then its sunshine and rainbows.

Jeez, I dont know. If I give my honest answer it makes me seem depressed, which I am not... I honestly dont care, so err... arguing with racists or playing computer games.

I love listening to music myself. Not to get lost, though, but because it lets loose inspirations in my mind, things that allow me to laugh maniacally.

That's really funny, cause that was going to be my answer and I'm a 22 year old girl . . . but seriously chocolate heals all wounds

Yeah that's what I like to do too. Whatever takes my mind off poo. Rock Band on the drums is good for anger I've found.
