Like others have said, there's no problem at all with not wanting to drive. But it IS unreasonable to avoid getting a license. You aren't forced to buy a car or drive regularly with a license, and it helps out in many situations. What if someone (parent, sibling, friend, etc) needs a ride somewhere? What if at some point you do need to get to someplace by car? Not only that but a license is a main form of personal ID. You may also limit some job opportunities but that doesn't hurt anyone but you so no biggy.
I hate to use the I-word, and I'm not judging you, but refusing to get a license is irresponsible. It doesn't hurt to get, without it you can only ever be a burden, and there's no rule that states you have to start driving once you have your license. It's not like you have to immediately pay for insurance or gas, it's just there in case it's needed.
Not wanting to drive is totally fine, but not getting a license is pointlessly irresponsible and makes the world that much more difficult for everyone around you.
Aaaand one more line because my paragraphs have a pattern going.
