Is Killer7 still worth playing?

So I'm wondering if I should pick up Killer7? I really enjoyed the strange story told in No More Heroes? Is this more of that?

it's completely messed up, i've completed it 3 times and i still don't fully understand what's going on. the game is awesome. it's not flawless but it's certainly unique and great
