I have no idea where you got that from. As Yahtzee already said, Batman's the least interesting character in everything he's in. Not all that many people like him, really. With me, it's more of a general apathy toward comic books. I can enjoy some elements of the batman universe but...
I do not like comics. I tried to read them once, specifically the 'Death of the Family' arc because I wanted to know why joker was wearing his own face as a mask all of the sudden. It wasn't good. Everyone took everything way too seriously despite the completely ridiculous nature of the premise; it was all dark and gritty in the most calculated and cynical way possible - so dark and gritty in fact that it came across as silly and cheesy. So no, not a fan.
I like some of the villains - or at least the idea behind them. Joker, for instance - and yeah, I know that's a really obvious pick - is a thoroughly interesting character. Unpredictable, smart, psychotic, always with that grin of his even though he's clearly dead inside. I liked the second film, because Nolan's spin on the Batman universe was genuinely well put together and quite engaging. I LOVED the first two Arkham games to death. But I do not like the comics and I do not like Batman as a character. He's just... bland. Boring. Uninteresting. And that outfit of his is ridiculous. I mean, really. How does comissioner Gordon not piss himself with laughter every time Batman turns up on his roof?
