What I don't like about Batman is that he's very ineffective. He says that he only has one rule he won't ever break, and that's exactly the rule that keeps him as a placebo, since the legal system and prisons/sanitariums in the DC universe are revolving doors. Why do you think Jason Todd immediately got so popular after his resurrection? Most of it was because, even if for the wrong reasons, he said the things everyone, deep down, wanted to say to Batman.
The thing I hate about batman are his fanboys, rationality goes straight out the window, especially with the whole superman fight when they start making up these strange convoluted ways batman would win.
Then there is the age old line "he is normal, he just has money, so it makes him relatable" Sorry, he knows all kinds of martial arts and languages that take normal people decades to master and he's what? 40? He has a super human ability to learn!

I don't think its wrong not to like Batman, but I do think the way you presented yourself makes you sound kinda stuck up about it.
Im a Marvel fan, but honestly, I would say Batman is -the- greatest comic hero of all time. One of the things that makes him likable is that he is not perfect, but he is determined and creative. He often does end up in bad positions, but fights his way out, without it feeling unrealistic to him. As opposed to Superman who requires stupid methods to endanger him.

It is generally speaking just better to avoid die-hard fans of anything. Or rather, avoiding discussing the thing that they are a die-hard fan of. I don't know anybody who is into superheroes that much, and so the fact that I am not a huge fan of them in general doesn't cause any ire directed at me at all.
I do wonder if most things that people hate are not more down to the extreme fanboys and girls as opposed to the thing itself though. Because I cannot find anything particularly offensive about things such as Batman, Half Life and Neon Genesis Evangelion, but the way some people act you'd think they murdered their families.
So I suspect that even if some people are not aware of it, they are reacting more to the people who don't stop praising such things, as opposed to the things themselves.

But I do not like the comics and I do not like Batman as a character. He's just... bland. Boring. Uninteresting. And that outfit of his is ridiculous. I mean, really. How does comissioner Gordon not piss himself with laughter every time Batman turns up on his roof?

Batman's like the Call of Duty of comic books. I don't hate him for that, I just wish people would drop the Bat-Fetish once in a while. He's not all that interesting a character in most media.
That being said, it becomes super silly that he sneaks around almost as much as Batman and nobody notices the big red-and-blue thing in broad daylight.

I enjoy the contrast between his world and his nature as a hero. His world is gothic, his nature is good. I've not yet seen the 3rd Dark Knight movie, but I've seen the first two. I don't like how the 2nd one ended at all.
I think he works very well in the Arkham games because it feels great to be Batman, but I think the ethos is wearing away. We've seen everything from silly Batman to serious Batman and he's kinda done now.
I really don't think we need another movie for sure, nor do we need another TV series or cartoon.

I don't even think it's that likely, given how strongly he sticks to his morals. But he's scared shitless of the possibility. So he sticks to his super rigid sense of morality because he's convinced that one slip up will be all that he needs to go over the edge. He'd rather let a hundred people die because he didn't kill someone than kill one person to potentially save a hundred, because he's too scared to take a life himself and deal with the results.
Is he stupid? Maybe. But being scared does that to you.
I think one of the comics dealt with that. They made one where he kills joker and then goes over the edge and goes on a gotham wide manhunt to kill every last villain he's ever fought. And it's apparently not pretty at all...

The whole premise of the batman story is that society is totally helpless and must depend upon the charity of the wealthy to address its issues. I liked batman for the coolness factor in my youth but the political subtext is tainting it.
It's not a crime, and Batman won't beat you up for saying so. It isn't a popular opinion, but it's hardly a crime.
