I mean, I've tried playing virtually every other deck in Duels of the Planeswalkers, but I win about 80% of the time or more with this thing. It's nuts. This is a screenie of the end result one of the more ridiculous games I've played with it this morning:
Long story short, do not...I say again, do not put out a Platinum Angel with the Relics of Doom deck against this. You have basically no way to kill your own Angel once it gets persuaded.
This honestly could have been way higher into the negatives. I have a paper to write this morning, so I shaved off about 15 cards off his deck near the end with a Traumatize just to move things along.
I'm guessing that Expansion 2 has some deck that trumps this one or adds something to the others to make this deck less ridiculous? I haven't played the 360 version of this, so I have no idea what's in that 2nd expansion.
The thing that bugs me is that I really enjoy decks like Teeth of the Predator and Wings of Light...they just suck in ranked play, so in the virtual box they stay, while everyone plays Ears of Elves and Relics of Doom.
