I just don't understand why people find slenderman so great. It's a boogeyman thought up by the internet. That makes it doubly not-scary. This game just has you running about a forest picking up random stuff until a man in a suit finds you. That isn't horror, that's running from the IRS.
Kinda sad how Slenderman is the only thing of note to enter the Public Domain in the last decade.

But can I run faster then two inches per hour? Do I have a flashlight that behaves like a flashlight? Is there more objectives than, "Wander around and pray you find something?"
Agreed, I couldn't tell what was going on pass the seven minute mark. Also, it seems kind of funny how Slenderman can now be walked around and it seems the player only loses if they don't jerk the camera in a random direction.Matthewmagic said:

I was driving to the bar around 10ish and it was super dark outside. I'm passing a bus stop I see this figure, wearing black pants, a slim black jacket (it's winter here), who is freakishly tall, and had an all white head. Pulling up I literally shat a brick and thought to myself HE'S REAL!?!?!
but when I pulled up closer I realized that it was just some guy, wearing all black and his hood was black but the trim on his hood was made of white fur and it was bundled so tight it covered most of his face (almost like Kenny) so from far away it looked just like Slenderman. Freaky shit!

I hope they incorporate more than just "He gets you!" into the game. Perhaps more lore showcasing in lieu of a normal story mode because they probably can't pull that off? Didn't Slender kidnap children?
