I have noticed there is a multiplayer option on the alpha minecraft.IS it any good? and can anyone give me a server URL so I can play on it.

It's a laggy, glitchy, greifing, overhyped, arguefest.

It's like the singleplayer, except you live in a little community and have to obey extra rules. Oh, and you have to be careful not to accidentally intrude on other people's space.
