Is there something wrong with my DVDs?

So some DVDs I ordered off eBay arrived today. I had a look through one of the boxsets and some of the discs in it looked like this;

As you can see the inside of the disc is discoloured and is darker than the outside. Is this disc rot or something? Should I be concerned? I tested one and it seemed to work fine but I haven't watched it all the way through so I can't say for sure. Should I return it and get another copy?

EDIT: Right, so I contacted the seller and they said they've encountered this problem and they're going to send me a replacement

Have you compared it to other discs that you own? Maybe ask the seller about it to see what you should do?

As far as I'm aware I don't have any other discs like it, I just wanted to be sure there was a problem before I contacted the seller
