Is this a decent gaming rig?

I've been thinking about purchasing a new gaming rig recently for around £700-£800, I'm not a very techy guy myself and was wondering if it could run most games on medium-high (Preferably high):

Mainly looking to play The Witcher 2, Shadow Warrior (remake), Overgrowth and Planetside 2

Your GPU is weak, you need something better than that. A GTX 660 or above in nvidia or Radeon HD 7770 or above. Unless you are planning to overclock you don't need a non stock fan so you can save a bit of money there.

The CPU, RAM and Motherboard are all good. But as said above that GPU is far too weak. If you are on a tight budget then you are better off downgrading the CPU in favour of a more powerful GPU.

I concur.

If you get an FX-6300 you can also get a cheaper AM3+ mobo, can skip the aftermarket cooler, and get a cheaper PSU. (You don't need 600w, 500w will do fine)
