Lined paper is for noobs. How hard is it, in the world of printer paper everywhere, to use line-less paper? Seriously, not to be mean, but with lines on your paper, it might as well be in crayon.
Your work, itself, is a bit juvenile (subject matter aside), but shows potential for clear lines, sharpness and you seem to have a decent grasp on proportions.
All in all, a beginners pony doodle in a notebook. Not going in the Louvre, but no reason to give up. Keep at it.
