I haven't really used this extensively in gameplay, but I know that as a scout I can jump onto an opponent's head, where I can stand, shoot down, and kill them. Is this considered an exploit or a legitimate tactic?
Maybe, but it doesn't really give you much of an advantage compared to standing beside someone, shooting them - other then the sheer surprise of someone standing on your head, shooting your face.Cpt_Oblivious said:It's probably an exploit but sounds fun.
Yeah, the accuracy needed to pull that off is deserving of a free kill even if it's luck.Fightbulb said:I think it's technically an exploit, but as you said, the advantage it provides isn't big enough to label it as an unfair move, because it actually requires skill to execute.
Um... i don't think you'd get kicked, if you did it to me, i'd start laughing; i mean thats a pretty epic kill.ThrobbingEgo said:Okay, better question: If I did this in a game, what's the likelihood that I'd be kicked?
Legitemate tactic, any class can stand on the head of an enemy player. In the case of the scout it's just easier because he double jumps, for the others you need a height advantage, no decent server would kick you for doing it.ThrobbingEgo said:I haven't really used this extensively in gameplay, but I know that as a scout I can jump onto an opponent's head, where I can stand, shoot down, and kill them.
