Well, I've had this computer for a little more than 2 weeks, and it's still fine.

It should be OK?
While there is always a small risk of components failing early, which can happen to even the most high quality stuff, I wouldn't worry too much if you take some basic precautions like keep it clean of dust and moisture and make sure it can 'breathe' i.e. don't put it in an enclosed space or close off any of the air intakes.

The only thing that will break somewhat "soon" would be the power supply because it has moving parts. I think my power supply is like 10 years old now as I don't even recall when I got it at this point. The motherboard will only have an issue with electrical surges and whatnot, the mobo will take the hit so that the CPU doesn't basically. The CPU has no moving parts and neither does the SSD. You really shouldn't worry about a desktop honestly besides for it becoming outdated.

Don't all power supplies have moving parts?

You might be wondering, "If you heard bad things about Acer, why did you buy it?". I saw that it was considered the best budget computer on some sites (Well, the UA91 model was, but I figured that the UA92 model would be even better), and I saw that it had the Amazon's Choice label.

There's fanless PSUs without moving parts.

You can actually make an entire PC without fans or moving parts and have it completely passively cooled. It's just really not worth the trouble.
Not outside of a specialist built like a HTPC that you want to run quiet but won't really be generating much heat anyway. Fanless PSU's make my butthole clench; I just think there's something intrinsically wrong.

...take some basic precautions like keep it clean of dust....
This includes the underside. Some case designs have an intake vent on the bottom for power supply units, and it's easy to neglect and allow to gather up crazy amounts of crud. (I'm guilty of this- my last pre-built computer had one of these, and all the fur from my long-hair Maine Coon mix cat had formed a mat.)

But I've heard this computer uses a proprietary PSU, which can't be replaced easily.

Should I be worried about the power supply?

Whatever, just wash your hands.

Probably not. I mean it might have a proprietary one, but I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you are going to try overclocking or something.

Considering we don't know why psu it uses we can't tell you if you should be worried or not. There are some PSUs which have been known to be fire hazards.

Heard a buzzing noise when I turned on my computer, so turned it off and on several times.

Pretty sure it's not the HDD, because my computer has an SSD.

Computer's not even a month old. There's no way something's wrong with it already.

Computer didn't make any buzzing noise after the 2nd time I turned it off and on.
