Hello Escapist Forum

I have about $650 bucks to buy a new computer and I really need one considering mine is a 3-4 year old acer aspire that was only about $300 when I bought it.

So far all I have found is this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883229208 please tell me if you'd suggest this and if not what would you suggest to take its place. I really like how it seems to have room to upgrade unlike the computer I have now.

Thanks for the help.

Additional Details
I'm not interested in putting a computer together because I don't have the money or knowledge to fix something if something goes wrong.

Also if I do get it I will need to buy a new graphic card, any suggestions for the computers limitations and around $100.

EDIT Please Read-

We are now putting together a computer, we have the components at the bottom of the page if you want to put a input in or that I should change something tell me.

Yeah it's pretty good for the price. Putting one together is cheaper, but that on is a good option

That's not too shabby.

I'd save for a little longer - you've gone this long - and get something a tad better.

But that's just me.
My dad is paying for half of it for chrismas, I have to choose by then.

That's actually not too bad. Graphics card may be improved but otherwise is a great value deal.

If you want to check what graphics card you want, just check here [http://www.overclock.net/graphics-cards-general/502403-graphics-card-ranking-5th-time-last.html] for a list fastest to slowest.

450W power supply would worry me. No brand name means probably a generic PSU which means try and put a decent mainstream GPU say an HD 6970 or 460 GTX in there and you'll need a new PSU as well. Once you are replacing your PSU, you may as well be building from scratch.

This guy is right, the rest of the build is ok, but the gpu is pretty poor, and so is the PSU, and if you want to be getting a new GPU a 450W is cutting it really close, and the fact that its probably a no-name no-quality piece of crap will mean you'll need a new GPU, and as stated, might as well build from scratch.

GPU sucks. May want to make your own.
I can upgrade the graphic card. The one I have now is a Geforce 8400 Gs, it's better than that right?
Can you PM me your email? I just put together a newegg cart which is a little different (no keyboard or mouse) but all in all more powerful than the deal and slightly cheaper.
EDIT:
Nevermind. Here's a picture of the build I'd recommend.

Right click - show image/view image for whole thing in a readable state. Don't forget you get mail-in rebate with it on top of $55 worth of savings. You could take the RAM down to 1600Mhz and to CL7 giving you sick speed, and if you want to buy a good CPU cooler (I'd recommend this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233025&cm_re=Cobra_D984-_-35-233-025-_-Product ) you can prob easily get the CPU up to 3.2Ghz.
Alright you are convincing me to put together a computer, the problem is I'm not paying for most of this, my dad is. He is a tech engineer so he can help me put it together but he may refuse to. I am going to need a cart put together before I show him though, I'd like to get it done today. I sent you my email.

Also, you are sure this will be better than the computer I selected and the same price or lower? Also I need to make sure all the items are in stock.

Yeah it's pretty good.
If you want to upgrade your GPU, check your PSU wattage levels, and see if they're rated for the card you plan to buy (most of the time it will ship with a PSU that can hold with your current set-up, but not much else)
