I personally find it pretty damn funny, but I've shown it to a few people and opinion seems to be pretty sharply divided. What do you think?

I watched a bit of it... And I have to say that I didn't find it funny. It probably soaked up my humour, using it to make it funnier for people who did find it funny.

The concept, getting different words to match the lip movement is clever, and I can see HOW it would be funny..

But honestly, the voices are annoying, too similar (same guy) and the script is mostly lame toilet humour.

To make this funny, get some good voice actors, to perform almost identical but parodical of the real voices, THEN the script needs to still have a point.

I giggled sometimes, some of the lip syncs were spot on. But I've seen waaaaaaaay better voice-overs, especially this Dutch site called Mastermovies has some awesome (so lame that they're awesome) voice-overs.
